Company, Brand & Offer
The shared foundation every role builds on: who we are, exactly what we sell, what it costs, and the six design worlds a client can choose from.
The problem we exist to solve
Every day, thousands of people buy a domain name in a burst of ambition, then land on a registrar dashboard full of words like nameservers, A records, and hosting plans. Their options have always been bad:
| Route | What it really costs | The catch |
|---|---|---|
| DIY builders (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress) | $200–$600/yr plus 20–40 hours of their life | Slow, template-looking result. The customer does all the work. |
| Freelancers | $1,500–$8,000 per project | Quality lottery. The client becomes a project manager. |
| Traditional agencies | $5,000–$35,000+ | Great result, brutal invoice, weeks of meetings. |
LlamaMakers is the fourth option: agency-quality, hand-coded custom sites at a price a first-time owner can say yes to, delivered done-for-you in days. The client sends the domain; we handle design, build, launch, DNS, and upkeep.

Brand voice matrix
One parent brand, six registers. We always sound witty, direct, and jargon-free; the vibe shifts the temperature.
Services & pricing
Prices are public, flat, and honest. "Your quote is your price" is a core trust promise: no hidden fees, no surprise renewals.
Build packages (one-time)
Recurring add-ons (monthly)
| Add-on | Price | What the client gets | Why it matters to us |
|---|---|---|---|
| Managed Hosting | $19/mo | Fast managed hosting, SSL, CDN, daily backups, updates | Every build should convert to hosting. It anchors the relationship. |
| Care Plan | $99/mo | Maintenance, monthly content edits, security monitoring, performance checks | Highest-margin recurring line. Sell it at delivery, when trust peaks. |
| SEO | $299/mo | Keyword strategy, content, technical SEO, ranking reports | Compounds for the client; predictable revenue for us. |
| Marketing | $499/mo | Google Ads, social campaigns, conversion optimization | Natural upsell once the site is producing leads. |
A $499 build that adds Hosting + Care becomes $1,915 in year one ($499 + 12 × $118). The build opens the door; the subscriptions are the business. Details in the Owners' Room.
What every build includes, at any price
- Hand-written custom code (React/Next.js). No WordPress, no page builders, no templates.
- ~0.2s load speed as the engineering target, verified before delivery.
- SEO foundation: semantic HTML, unique titles and descriptions, schema markup, sitemap, robots configuration.
- Conversion paths: clear calls-to-action, working contact/quote forms, click-to-call where relevant.
- Mobile-first responsive design tested on real viewport sizes.
- Launch handled end to end: DNS pointing, SSL, go-live checks. The client never touches a dashboard.
The 6 Vibes
The vibe system is our signature. It is not six templates: it is six design languages. The client picks the world that matches their brand's personality, and we custom-build their site inside that world. Sellers use vibes to make design tangible; production uses them as the aesthetic benchmark.
How to help a client pick a vibe
- Ask about their customers, not their taste. "Who buys from you, and what do they wear?" A law firm's clients expect Corporate; a sneaker reseller's expect Gen-Z.
- Show, never describe. Send them to llamamakers.com and have them flip the vibe switcher live. The switch moment is our best demo.
- Recommend one confidently. Clients want a guide. "For a med-spa I would go Artistic: elegant, calm, premium" closes faster than a menu.
- Mismatch rule: if their industry and taste conflict, the customer's expectation wins. The site sells to their buyers, not to them.
Brand assets and rules
- Logo: the neon llama mark (this page's sidebar). Designed for dark backgrounds; on light documents place it inside a dark band, as on our letterhead.
- Default visual language for marketing: high-contrast neons on deep violet-black. Cyberpunk-meets-minimalist.
- No emojis anywhere: websites, documents, social captions, client emails. Typography and design carry the personality instead.
- No em-dash-riddled, template-sounding copy. Short lines. Attitude. Read it aloud; if it bores you, rewrite it.
- Every CTA funnels to llamamakers.com/start.
- Never fabricate: no fake stats, fake reviews, or invented case studies, in any material, ever.
